General Terms and Conditions (GTC) "STONERIVIERA"

1. Arrival from 5 p.m., Departure by 10 a.m. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the host and may require a surcharge if they do not fall within the normal hours of business. If we know your expected arrival time, we will inform you of the respective surcharge. If you do not show up by the end of the day of arrival and without written notification to the host, the contract is considered terminated. The host can then freely dispose of the object. For the rest, the regulations according to section 4 of these GTC apply here analogously. A (proportional) repayment of the rent due to early departure is generally not made.

2. Special requests and ancillary agreements are generally possible. They require the written confirmation by the host. Pets are not allowed, as well as parties and events are not permitted.

3. Payment The rental contract becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit on the account of the host. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation. Payment of the remaining amount is due 14 days before the date of arrival. If the payment deadlines and payment amounts are not met, the host can withdraw from the contract. Non-payment is considered a cancellation in accordance with paragraph 4 of these GTC and entitles host to new letting. Additional costs for internet use (except pay-per-use services), electricity, water and waste are not charged. A safety deposit of 400 € for the apartment and 800 € for the house is charged 14 days ahead of the arrival date and will be wired back to the guest within a week after his departure. 

4. Cancellation You may withdraw from the contract at any time. 
Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, , the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% refund

• Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 50% refund

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the rental: 25% refund

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental: no refund

The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient.

5. Obligations of the guest The guest undertakes to treat the rented items (holiday home, inventory and outdoor facilities) with due care. If during the rental damage occurs to the holiday home and / or its inventory, the guest is obliged to notify the property management immediately. 
 Defects and damages already discovered on arrival must be reported immediately to the property management, otherwise the guest is liable for these damages. A reasonable period of time must be granted for the removal of damages and defects. Claims arising from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints received by the host at the end of the stay or after leaving the holiday home are also excluded from compensation. In the event of any disruptions in performance, the guest is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation to contribute to remedying the disruption and to keep any damage that may have occurred to a minimum. 
On the day of departure, the guest must remove personal belongings, dispose of household waste in the designated containers and store dishes in the kitchen cupboards in a clean and washed condition or put them in the dishwasher and have a 1-hour program started.

6. Data protection The guest agrees that in the context of the contract concluded with him necessary data about his person will be stored, changed and / or deleted. All personal data are treated absolutely confidentially. For details please refer to the separate information of this website on data protection.

7 Liability The invitation to tender was prepared to the best of our knowledge. Influences on the rental object by force majeure, by customary current and water failures and thunderstorms the host cannot be made liable. Likewise, no liability shall be accepted in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as official orders, sudden construction sites or disruptions caused by natural or local conditions. However, the host shall be pleased to assist in remedying the problems (as far as this is possible).
 The host shall not be liable for personal damages resulting from the use of any premises (e.g. host is not liable for injuries and damage to property when falling down stairs, over furniture, etc.) as well as the loss of or damage to guest's personal belongings is excluded.. The arrival and departure of the guest is his own responsibility and liability. The host is not liable for personal items in the event of theft or fire. The guest is fully liable for wilful destruction or damage.

8. Final Clauses Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve as a realistic description. The 100% conformity with the rental object cannot be guaranteed. The host reserves the right to change the equipment (e.g. furniture) if they are of equal value.

Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by an effective provision which comes closest to the economic and legal intention of the contracting parties.


German law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction and performance is Munich, Germany.
