Is parking available at the properties?
Please note that both properties are located in the car-free historic district and cannot be reached by car. We recommend parking your car in one of the modern parking garages (flat rate for 1 seminar/conference ticket for 1 week: €66; for 2 weeks: €110) and walking to the properties. If you have a lot of luggage, we have a cruiser available for you at MAISON LA TROPEZIENNE that can easily handle 60 kg / 130 lbs and rolls very smoothly.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Both properties are less than a 5 min walk from the sandy beach of the old town (Plage de la Gravette).
